During your initial examination we will gather information in order to create an individual treatment plan that will allow you to achieve and maintain your optimum dental health.
We begin by reviewing your medical and dental history. Be sure and bring a current list of any medications you are taking. Feel free to download the history forms to save time at the office. We have a conversation about your goals and concerns and get to know each other a little. We believe in treating people, not just teeth!
Your appointment will last about an hour. We will take all necessary x-rays, photos and impressions of your mouth. We will examine and evaluate your gums, teeth, TM joints, bite and do an oral cancer screening of your head and neck.
After we have collected all of the diagnostic data we will consider our findings together and develop a treatment plan that meets your needs. Your teeth will not be cleaned at this appointment. At the end of the appointment we will provide you with an estimate of the cost of all recommended treatment. We will also help you with payment options (please see our "financial" page). Our business assistants will make a series of appointments that will allow you to accomplish your treatment in a timely manner.
